Interview with Syvhaar and Sirr
Our latets additions to our counter-strike mix-gender team are the two guys Syvhaar and Sirr. The french community Cs-Fusion has now published an interview with these two guys, where you can find out why they wanted to play with a mix-gender team, and how it is to play with girls."" csf`KiLi : How does it feel to be the first professional mixed-gender-clan on the CS scene ?
Sirr : It feels real cool! We are aware of that we might have to take some beatings, before turning really good, but we are praccing as much as possible, and since we are going to be attending a couple of Lans in the near future, this will also give us a lot of experience.
We'll also be trying some swedish and norwegian lan parties out as well hoping for the best. I really believe in that one day, we'll be ready to take on some of the best teams in Denmark, and perhaps even international teams as well - as long as we stick together and play as a team.
Syvhaar : I must say its an honor actually to try something as big as this, and to do it professional also is exciting. To travel to Lans and to do the best we can, and who knows, even win, if we get that far, because females at the moment are getting good at this game. So in the end, with enough practice and enough experience, we might get others to join our way to get more clans like this one.
csf`KiLi : Why did you choose a female clan ? Did any of the players from Aurora-Gaming contact you ?
Sirr : Well, I never in my wildest dreams thought I would be playing side by side with a player like martin (who I was the manager for in team NS.Gaming - and proud of the same) and girls, whom all have been to some of the worlds biggest Lan-events. It all started out with Nissepigen (malou) and I talked a bit together after I left my last team, and I started mixing with martin and the rest of the girls. This went pretty well, and we started playing with the idea of starting a gender mix team : ) - which I was very honored to be a part of, and still am.
Syvhaar : After I stopped in NS.Gaming, I had a good time playing, but was on the edge to stop because of work and irl things. But then I met Tina aka Pandora, who I started to play a lot of mixes with and had fun. She was playing in the female clan Aurora-Gaming, who wanted to make a female/male gender mix clan, and they asked me if I wanted to join. I couldn't say no to this, because I think it is important to play with people that you like and have a lot of fun with, since this is eventually what keeps you playing the game. So I take it very seriously, but also in a fun way, because to play with females who are good, is a blast, I must say. Kinda same thing as to go to a party, where there is only guys and no girls, like in Sirr`s partys (:D) is a reason also to choose this clan to have fun.""
