About SLAP LIVE

Background
SLKS is february 2007 renamed to SLAP LIVE, and is a part of the Danish eSport organisation Slap.dk

SLAP has organised various online/offline eSports activities and gaming events since 2001.

Our annual activities includes:

6 online tournaments in different games
2 major gaming events
2 minor gaming events
2-3 sponsor events/tournaments
Besides that we support a lot of other eSport acitivities in different ways.

All together SLAP is one of the most active eSports organisations in Northen Europe.

SLAP is a non commerciel organisation which meens that we depend on voluntary work, and is supported by various organisations, companies and other eSports communities.

The practical challenge is handled by all the volunteers, and we are financially secured by our partners and sponsors.

Goal
Eventhough, with all of our annual activities, we are the biggest and most active danish esports organisation, our goal is not to be the biggest sole event in Denmark.
With SLAP LIVE we wish to develope, on a ongoing basis, Denmarks best gaming event including good atmosfair, a lot of activities and competetion.

We simply wish to give you the best gaming experience, whether you are a casual or a pro gamer.

MEANS
To achieve our goals we ensure the following.:

There is no doubt whatsoever that digital entertainment by computer gaming has spawned not only to stay, but has also become a substantiel part of the experience economy.
